Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you fill out an opt-in form on this site — for the AI Wellness Ambassador video, a free guide, or any other offer — we collect:
- Your first name — so our emails feel like a real conversation, not a blast.
- Your email address — so we can send you the video, details, and occasional follow-up.
- Basic technical information — your browser type, device type, IP address, and referring page. This is standard server-log data used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for, collect, or store payment information on this site. Any paid transactions happen on our third-party processors' platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Deliver the free video, guide, or resource you requested.
- Send you a welcome sequence of emails introducing the AI Wellness Ambassador program and related coaching resources.
- Send occasional updates, invitations, offers, and stories from Rebecca and the Rebecca-Louise Inc team.
- Communicate with you about the AI Wellness Ambassador program if you become a participant — including onboarding, program updates, and support.
- Improve this website, our offers, and our customer experience in aggregate, non-identifying ways.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
Third-Party Processors
We rely on a small number of trusted tools to run our business. When you opt in, your information may be stored and processed by:
- Kajabi — for email delivery, contact storage, and course/program hosting. Kajabi's privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
- Netlify — for website hosting. Netlify may log basic technical request data (IP, user agent) as part of normal server operation.
- ManyChat — for Instagram and Messenger automation. If you engage with us on social platforms, ManyChat may process your messaging data to route your request.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you arrive from a Meta ad, the Meta Pixel may place a cookie on your browser and share event data (e.g., page view, form submission) with Meta so we can measure ad performance and build look-alike audiences. This is standard ad attribution and does not share your email or name with Meta unless you have an existing Meta account that matches.
Each of these processors has its own privacy policy and security practices. We select vendors who meet baseline security and privacy standards.
Cookies & Tracking
This site uses minimal tracking. We use:
- Essential cookies — required for basic site function and form submission.
- Analytics cookies — to understand (in aggregate) which pages perform well and where visitors come from.
- Meta Pixel — on pages where we run Meta ads, so we can measure results and improve targeting.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Blocking cookies will not break your ability to use this site, though it may affect some features.
How We Protect Your Information
We use industry-standard safeguards — including HTTPS encryption for all form submissions and reputable processors for data storage — to protect the information you share. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and use it only for the purposes you've consented to.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed or engaged. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of your unsubscribe request so we do not email you again. You can request full deletion at any time (see below).

Children's Privacy
This site and our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact privacy@rebecca-louise.com and we will delete it.
